Our research and development plan is driven by listening to both existing and potential customers about what they are looking for in their next gearbox purchase.
Strength, weight, efficiency, aesthetics, durability, performance, noise, value and price are all considerations we place with the Marketing team. They then weigh carefully the tradeoffs that need to be made before briefing the design team as to the final attributes that are the must-haves.
We have a formal feedback process from existing race customers who use our transmissions and gearboxes in extreme conditions enabling the R&D team to drive a continuous improvement cycle.
