We are available 6 days per week for our customers via a phone call to our service centre, or if not so urgent, an email which will be answered within 24 hours. A Skype video call is usually all it takes to find a solution for those facing a technical challenge.
Our Gearboxes are fully serviceable within your country and don’t need to be shipped back to our factory for repairs or maintenance.
At HGT we know that when you need parts you need them now, so we keep inventory of all parts on hand in two locations – that's over 200 unique parts guaranteed to be in stock – our commitment to our customers!
