Regarding HGT Precision Sequential Gearboxes and Gearbox Accessories; HGT Precision Co. Ltd makes no warranties whatsoever, express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. HGT Precision Co. Ltd expressly disclaims all such warranties. In no event shall HGT Precision Co. Ltd, its Directors, Agents or Employees be liable for any kind of general, special, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of HGT Precision Gearboxes and or Accessories. All HGT Precision Sequential Transmissions, Gearboxes and Accessories are sold on an as-is basis. Purchasers and users assume all risks associated with the use of HGT Precision Gearboxes and Accessories.
Title on Goods
Goods are not shipped until paid for in full and the funds are received in our bank account. Under no conditions does ownership on goods transfer until the paid for in full including related shipping charges.
Shipping
GEARBOXES - are shipped from Europe via Air Cargo. The freight charge on a customer invoice is a contribution to the total freight bill for the order. Freight is covered to the Customers nearest International Airport unless a specific quote for door to door delivery has been requested by the customer and provided by HGT Precision. The freight charge does not cover customs clearance, any local taxes, or duty, as the case may be.GEARBOX ACCESSORIES - are shipped from Thailand via UPS and do not incur a freight charge. They are subject to local law of the land when it comes to local taxes and or any duty as the case may be.GEARBOX PARTS - are shipped from Europe via FEDEX with freight charged at cost. All goods are subject to local laws regarding taxes and or any duty as the case may be.
